Law Lane Solicitors are seeking an experienced
Immigration & Appeals Solicitor
to join our busy Stratford office. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work on a varied caseload with a strong focus on advocacy and client representation.Key Responsibilities:
Advise and represent clients on a wide range of immigration and asylum matters, with emphasis on appeals. Prepare and submit appeals, visa applications, and judicial review claims. Conduct tribunal hearings and represent clients effectively. Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice. Keep up to date with immigration legislation and Home Office policy changes. Manage cases independently while ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
Requirements:
1-3 years' PQE in immigration and asylum law (or equivalent experience). Strong tribunal advocacy skills and experience with appeals. Excellent drafting, research, and client care skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-75,000.00 per year
