We are looking for a committed and passionate Immigration Caseworker to join our team in Hull. This position is ideal for someone who is deeply interested in immigration law and dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of the immigration system.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage a caseload of asylum and immigration matters, providing clients with comprehensive support and guidance throughout each stage of the process.
- Assist clients in completing immigration applications and compiling necessary documentation.
- Conduct detailed legal research on immigration policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A strong interest in immigration law is essential.
- Prior experience in immigration law or relevant accreditation is highly desirable but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
