Adam Bernard Solicitors is a well-established, client-focused law firm based in London. We are seeking an experienced
Immigration Solicitor
to join our growing Immigration Department.The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied immigration caseload, including:
Private and business immigration matters Visa applications (entry clearance, extensions, ILR, citizenship) Sponsor licence applications and compliance Human rights and asylum matters (if applicable) Immigration appeals, judicial reviews, and tribunal representation Advising clients on UK immigration law and strategy
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate Minimum
2 years' PQE
in immigration law Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and Home Office procedures Experience handling appeals and tribunal work Excellent drafting and advocacy skills Strong client-care and communication skillsDesirable
Qualified Solicitor OISC Level 3 experience or background Business immigration and corporate client exposure
