Job Summary - Immigration Consultant / Solicitor (Consultant Role)

JSR Law Ltd is seeking experienced Immigration Consultants or Solicitors to join our team on a consultancy basis. We are looking for individuals who are either IAA-regulated (Level 1-3) or qualified Solicitors with a strong background in UK immigration law.

This is a self-employed consultant role, ideal for practitioners who already have an existing client base and want the freedom to manage their own workload while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an established law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of private clients in all areas of UK immigration. Deliver accurate, compliant legal advice in line with the Immigration Act 2024 and IAA regulatory framework. Prepare, review, and submit high-quality applications and representations. Maintain excellent client communication and professional standards. Work autonomously while collaborating with our firm where required.
Requirements:

Must be IAA-accredited (Level 1-3) or a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales. Must have an existing client base or the ability to bring your own clients. Strong knowledge of Appendix FM, PBS routes, Human Rights applications, and Appeals. Ability to work independently and meet regulatory compliance standards. Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Pay: 24,420.00-62,113.55 per year
