We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist our Immigration department in managing immigration cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and providing exceptional support to clients. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications.

Duties:
Assisting Solicitors in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation.
Communicate with clients regarding case updates, requirements, and deadlines.
Organise and manage schedules for meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
Draft correspondence and legal documents using Microsoft Word.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for tracking case progress and data management.
Coordinate with government agencies as necessary for case processing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and general IT skills.
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently.
Exceptional organisational skills to maintain detailed records and documentation.
Up to degree level qualification or prior previous immigration experience as a paralegal is advantageous but not essential.
