We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication.
Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B and B2C sector, including companies, universities, and other organisations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, recruitment consultants, and business owners.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with the legal team to understand the legal requirements of potential clients and provide them with expert advice on immigration law.
Dealing with new enquiries from a diverse client base.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant events to build the firm's profile and generate new business.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our products/services.
Utilise software tools, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies.
Proficient in using software applications, particularly Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
