, is seeking an experiencedSenior Immigration Caseworker (Level 2 IAAS accredited)
to join our dedicated team.We specialise in
Immigration Law
, providing bothlegal aid
andprivate services
across immigration, asylum, and human rights matters. The successful applicant will play a key role in managing complex cases and delivering high-quality legal representation.Requirements:
Must be
IAAS Level 2 Senior Caseworker accredited
(Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme) Must beregistered with the Law Society
as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker Proven experience inpublicly funded Immigration Law (LAA work)
Ability towork independently without supervision
Responsibilities:
Manage the firm's LAA Immigration and Asylum cases, including appeals and judicial reviews
Handle detention and fast-track cases
Take instructions, prepare cases, and maintain billing and compliance
Conduct monthly file reviews and ensure quality standards
Provide excellent client care, particularly in sensitive human rights matters
Regularly update and manage case information in the LEAP system
Advocacy experience before the Tribunal is an advantage
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; professional, proactive, target-driven, and a strong team player
Capable of working independently, prioritising tasks effectively, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Salary:
Competitive and reflective of experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
