As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for am ambitious immigration solicitor/paralgeal to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking an Immigration Solicitor/Paralegal with experience in handling private immigration matters, including applications, appeals, and family/private life cases. This is a full-time role dealing exclusively with privately funded clients. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, provide excellent client care, and oversee matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Leading on the preparation, drafting, and submission of a wide range of immigration applications and appeals Communicating with clients, courts, and relevant authorities to progress matters effectively Managing case files, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Conducting legal research, drafting, and case preparation with minimal supervision Taking an active role in developing and growing the firm's immigration department Managing your own caseload independently while contributing to wider team objectives

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of immigration law experience (solicitor, legal executive, or paralegal) Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent client care Ability to work independently and take initiative in building the department Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a successful practice area
