We're Hiring: Operations & Admin Executive for Immigration Law Firm
(Bilingual - Turkish/English, Bookkeeping, other Business Support)
Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our growing immigration law practice. In this key operations role, you'll contribute to the smooth running of internal systems while helping us deliver a first-class experience to our clients. About the Role:
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being at the heart of business operations. You'll be responsible for keeping our systems, calendars, finances, and internal processes running smoothly, while also playing a supporting role in client onboarding and immigration-related administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client data and CRM systems
Support the CEO and team with calendar management, communications, reporting, and research
Assist with client intake, onboarding processes, and case admin
Prepare documents, proposals, and internal reports
Manage HR filing and internal documentation
Handle bookkeeping and financial tasks, including:
Invoicing and credit control
Payments and receivables
VAT returns and finance coordination
Manage supplier relationships and coordinate external services
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Provide light support with
social media administration
, such as scheduling, distributing and following engagements and liaising with the content team
Assist with basic data tracking or operational improvements to enhance efficiency
Ensure smooth coordination across departments
What We're Looking For:
Experience and knowledge in the UK immigration
Solid
bookkeeping experience
within the UK, ideally with exposure to company filings and VAT
A strong sense of
client care and service
Professional and courteous approach to clients and team members
Fluent in both English and Turkish
, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and multitasking abilities
A self-starter with a growth mindset and ambition to develop
Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Technical Skills:
Confident using
CRM platforms and business tools
Experience with
QuickBooks
or similar accounting software
Strong working knowledge of
G-Suite (Google Workspace)
Familiarity with
Dropbox
for file management
Experience using
Asana or Trello
for project and task tracking
Comfortable using
Mac and Apple products
