Role Overview
An Implementation and Delivery Specialist role at Cloudbooking includes technical implementation and some project management responsibilities. It requires excellent client management skills as well as successful implementation across all components (software and hardware) of the project delivery for our clients. Partnering with our technical services team, you will be responsible for not only the technical implementation of our software but also ensure the clients' business is ready for the change.
Working part of a dynamic and committed team which includes a Senior Project Delivery Manager, Project Delivery Managers and Junior Project Delivery managers, you may be asked to help shadow and support Project Delivery Managers or Senior Project Managers in larger scale or complex Projects.
Cloudbooking is a busy and fast-growing company and therefore you will be required to manage multiple clients, routinely upwards of 6 separate projects, medium and small in scale through the implementation phase and launch of our solution. You will work closely with others in the Commercial and IT teams to deliver a robust phased programme launch for each client and further develop the client requirements where necessary against their business requirements and the Cloudbooking product roadmap.

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change across teams to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (internal and external), maintaining clear communication and status updates using all tools available.
Own reporting, documentation, and post-mortems to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Experience supporting and retaining clients.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments with effective time-management skills; must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines and handle multiple client requests seamlessly.
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Manage the successful delivery of the client implementation process, ensuring timely delivery of reports, budgets and resource requests are highlighted at the right opportunity.
Build strong and meaningful client relationships and stakeholder management at all levels within our clients and partners.
High level of knowledge and experience of the Cloudbooking administration system supporting the Cloudbooking client portals and where necessary, be able to contribute and support in building the client portals in the administration tool
Input and manage requirements against the internal product roadmap by creating, maintaining, prioritising, and sequencing the backlog requirements based on feedback from the various internal departments and client requirements
Work across cross functional teams to ensure each project member is actively involved and aware of their responsibilities
Active stakeholder management both internally and externally to ensure all parties involved are aware of the project progress.
Required Qualifications and skills
3+ years of experience in either a Technical or Customer Support role or project administration role, preferably within a SaaS or software product company.
Proven track record of delivering multiple small and medium scale projects on time and within budget.
Client engagement and Project management experience 1 year+ (preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, ARR).
Experience working closely with Development, product, design, and QA teams.
