You'll be the expert who guides clients through their HRIS software adoption journey, managing multiple concurrent projects with precision and dedication. This role requires exceptional multitasking and the ability to build strong, positive relationships in a virtual environment. What You'll Be Doing? ?? ?

Project Mastery & Configuration:

Manage a portfolio of diverse client implementation projects, overseeing development, configuration, and stakeholder liaison to meet all deadlines.

Gain an in-depth, expert knowledge of all ELMO systems - you'll become our product guru!+ Configure ELMO's HRIS solutions precisely to client specifications, strictly adhering to our established implementation processes, timelines, and quality standards.
+ Ensure the highest quality production and output of all configured solutions. ?

Client Partnership & Service:

+ Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering

excellent customer service

and building trust throughout the entire implementation process.
+ Establish and nurture long-term, positive relationships with client contacts, fostering true partnerships.

Liaise effectively with internal teams (Sales, Support, Training, Product, Engineering) to ensure a seamless and delightful customer journey.

Operational & Technical Excellence:

+ Adhere to company implementation processes, ensuring consistency and top-tier quality in every project.
+ Meticulously document and maintain current, comprehensive records for all design, development, and implementation activities. ??
+ Perform systems-related troubleshooting for both clients and internal stakeholders, escalating technical issues promptly for swift resolution.
+ Maintain detailed records of all troubleshooting activities and technical queries.

Ensure full compliance with all Information Security, ISO, and privacy policies and procedures - security is paramount!

What we value for this role:

A strong and proven background in a similar software implementation role is essential.
Consulting experience within an HRIS or talent management software environment is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and master client relationship management.
A strong understanding of technical concepts and HR/Talent Management processes.Exceptional multitasking skills, with proven experience comfortably managing multiple projects concurrently and juggling multiple projects. Demonstrated project management skills and impeccable attention to detail. ?
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ?
An undergraduate qualification is preferred.
