ROLE PURPOSE





The Implementation Consultant will report to the Team Lead of Implementations and is responsible for onboarding and training new clients, and providing professional services post-implementation, while delivering high-quality client experiences.

The Implementation Consultant will work closely with:


Client Services Leadership Team Support Client Success Sales Product Management



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES




Onboard new clients onto Ready Education's product(s) by creating new instances, activating features, and aiding the client in configuring their platform according to their institution's needs Provide training and platform consultation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Serve as the Project Manager for their portfolio of clients during the onboarding phase Deliver professional services such as training (virtual and onsite), platform consultation and webinars Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ready Education products and services Create help center documentation and tutorial videos for new features and enhancements as required, in collaboration with the Product and Support teams Participate in process improvement initiatives as required



Note:

This role may require:


Travel to client sites for up to 10% of the year to deliver training and other services Potential for work outside of standard business hours



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE




Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, information technology or a related discipline. Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience with clients; computer skills and strong communication skills. Must have previously worked in an Implementation, Support or other Client Services role. Preferred: Experience in Higher Education, especially in working with the administration of computer systems and platform solutions; Knowledge of Ready Education products.
