Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the deployment of software solutions, ensuring that client requirements are met through effective project management and communication. This position requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. Manage the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the software meets client specifications. Utilise appropriate data manipulation options (SQL, VBA, Power Query [M], DAX and software specific coding) to facilitate correct ingestion of data into systems. Oversee release management activities to ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments. Financial modelling and reporting as needed throughout the implementation process. Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Apply strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in programme management within a SaaS development environment. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation processes. Strong understanding of what is possible in afore mentioned coding languages for database querying and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) effectively. Strong organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation of tasks. A background in finance is very advantageous but not essential. A background in software implementation is very advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
