We have an exciting opportunity for a client Implementation Director to lead end-to-end delivery of new client onboarding programmes.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented client Implementation Director to lead our client onboarding, implementation and go-live processes. You will be accountable for all aspects of implementation, from planning though to client training. Transforming new clients from contract signature to go live, driving high client satisfaction, achieving efficient time-to-value, scaling implementation operations, and building strong cross-functional relationships.


You will manage a team of implementation professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that delivers consistent, client-focused outcomes. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impression our clients experience, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.


Our offices are close to Manchester Airport and we a hybrid working model which offers a mix of both home and the office working.

About You

Track record of managing complex projects, ideally in a vendor or workforce solutions environment. Combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery capability and excel at leading a team Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Able to identify and mitigate risks and issues during implementation - establish governance, escalation paths, and corrective actions An excellent collaborator with strong and effective communication skills and experience of working across multiple departments and stakeholders, both internal and external Able to determine the critical path of activities and manage these to ensure the implementation of clients is undertaken in a timely, accurate and professional manner Highly organised, resilient, and client-centric with a focus on continuous improvement Will be IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of MS Office Willing to travel nationwide as required for client visits Thrive in a dynamic values driven culture
