LEAD EBUSINESS STRATEGY TO BOOST SELF-SERVICE AND ONLINE ADOPTION. OWN PLATFORM PERFORMANCE, GOVERNANCE, AND INNOVATION
This role drives the eBusiness strategy to enhance self-service and online adoption, enabling sales teams and customers to work smarter. It ensures platforms deliver a seamless, accurate, and high-performing experience while representing regional needs in global innovation. By governing technology, integrations, and service levels, the role accelerates digital transformation and strengthens customer engagement across all markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
'- Owns and drives Ecommerce b2b strategy, focused on increasing self service productivity with our sales teams and increasing the uptake of online services (eB2B, and all the various integrations on offer)
Responsible for the governance, user experience and performance of all platforms and services.
Work with the Global team to spec, define and execute new technology and integrations outside of the current platforms we offer to our customers.
Represents regional requirements and ambitions in the global platform innovation pipeline
Responsible for the delivery of agreed eBusiness service levels to all markets.
Promotes eBusiness services internally and externally ensuring L&C and relevant AM's are aware of the integrations and are adopting them with their customers.
Ensure all products and prices are accurate and up to date for all our customers on their relevant integrations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
'- Experience in Digital Marketing, eBusiness or customer system solution design
Ability to translate customer needs and data derived insight into technology-based solutions
Good understanding of IT systems to effectively lead platform development and integration discussions
Understanding of fundamental Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques, user centric design, website usability and conversion optimisation is an advantage
Experience with SAP, PDP, Adobe AEM, eMarketplaces, customer system integrations and document automation software is an advantage
Previous exposure to Google Analytics and Webmaster tools is an advantage
Ability to create a vision and strategy and gain stakeholder commitment
A track record demonstrating a drive to outperform and deliver towards ambitious targets
Excellent stakeholder engagement, including written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and steer action plans based on insight and strategic alignment
