Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for e-commerce clients in the UK. Lead product walkthroughs, platform configuration, and API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces. Provide technical product training and onboarding support to merchants. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers when needed. Develop reusable implementation templates, guides, and help center articles. Contribute to customer success by driving adoption and helping clients optimise Base.com usage.

Nice if you have!

Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP). Familiarity with e-commerce automation, shipping software, POS systems, or CRM tools. Has managed an e-shop before Startup experience and comfort working in fast-paced environments. Coachable, agile and entrepreneurial

Requirements

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, SaaS onboarding, solutions consulting. Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations. Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Fluent in English.
