Summary
As a Facilitator at NHS Professionals, you will contribute to the implementation of robust assurance and oversight processes and improvement approaches to ensure that quality care that is responsive, safe, effective and promotes a positive experience of care. Supporting complaints; compliments and quality improvement work to increase the take up of the Friends and Family data. You will contribute to the development of the Quality, Safety, Patient Experience and Improvement agenda within CSH Surrey
Responsibilities
To manage a wide range of tasks relating to patient experience and clinical effectiveness, undertaking complex responsibilities. You will undertake complaints assessments/management, clinical audit reporting and quality improvement (QI) project planning and development with services.
To support the implementation and monitoring of patient experience / engagement strategy across CSH Surrey services. You will support and be an initial contact point for frequent and unpredictable enquiries covering service user experience, complaints and compliments. You will be calm profes-sional and able to take accurate notes and provide appropriate support. You will escalate concerns and complaints appropriately and recording them on the Datix system within the Policy guidance and timeline.
You will be flexible to meet competing priorities and be able to provide clear updates on current status of complaints being managed, and over all workload
To support the review and evaluation of all administrative systems and procedures and associated policies, to support the quality improvement agenda.
Requirements
Proven experience in a patient experience role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals in professional development.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or SharePoint is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
