  • Providing practical legal advice across the business
  • Supporting contract and records management in line with UK GDPR
  • Assisting with dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation
  • Contributing to ESG and sustainability initiatives
  • Developing legal training materials and guidance for non-legal colleagues
  • Supporting special projects and cross-functional collaboration
This is a chance to help shape a legal function within a company that's transforming the renewable energy landscape.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential:
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Previous paralegal experience
  • Strong understanding of UK contract law, especially commercial agreements
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
  • Confidence in negotiating and advising across all levels of the business
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
Desirable:
  • In-house legal experience, ideally in a high-growth or project-driven environment
  • Sector experience in renewable energy, construction, manufacturing, or engineering
  • Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainability in commercial contracting
  • Experience in scaling businesses where innovation and pragmatism are key
What You'll Get in Return
  • Be part of a rapidly growing, innovative company at the forefront of the renewable energy transition
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Competitive salary and discretionary performance-based bonus
