THE ROLE
The in-house photographer will be responsible for ecomm studio and lifestyle photography & image retouching. This role will create on-brand creative ecomm and media assets for BOXRAW campaigns ranging across Website, Email, Paid Ads, and Social. In addition, you will spend time retouching photos to BOXRAW'S standards. You relish the challenge of taking big ideas through to execution, to the final delivery of stand-out creatives. The role will require model and styling research, and a knowledge of design is a plus. You'll be collaborating across departments to bring design briefs to life, under the guidance of our Men's & Women's Creative Directors.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver high-quality photography and image retouching for social media, paid ads, e-commerce and product campaigns under the guidance of the Creative Team
Work with the wider Creative Team to collaborate on ideas and develop campaign concepts.
Uphold the quality of our assets whilst adhering to brand guidelines and templates.
Use initiative and creativity to proactively make photography (and design) suggestions and update existing templates whilst maintaining brand standards.
Retouch, colour-correct and manipulate imagery to best suit the style of the brand (including archives, stock photos, lifestyle and e-commerce).
Research and stay on top of the latest creative trends across social media and communities relevant to BOXRAW, with a view to creating a library of assets and creative design ideas and inspirations.
Contributing ideas and solutions to creative challenges for Brand & Marketing teams
Understanding BOXRAW's business objectives, audiences and channels to ensure all creative outputs are effective.
Permission to work in the UK and reliably commute to our Coventry office is a requirement for this role.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A keen interest in eCommerce, boxing/sports and fashion
Proven portfolio of lifestyle and ecomm photography
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)- Basic animation skills would be a plus
Typography, layout and photo retouching skills
A strong design sense - knowing great design and what makes it work
Excellent attention to detail
Time management skills, the ability to multi-task effectively on several projects simultaneously
A strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability with a hands-on attitude
Presentation, organization, and communication skills
