Job title: In Process Controller

Reporting to: Global Quality Manager

Location: Stubs Beck Lane

Role Brief:

To ensure the production and manufacturing of product is within specification, completing quality inspections in a timely manner, in line with Good Manufacturing Practices and working towards ISO45001, ISO22716 & ISO9001 standards

.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on-line to an agreed specification.

Carry out audits of the products within production to verify specifications are met from manufacture to dispatch.

The control of non-conformances including reviewing in an effective and timely manner.

Investigation and analysis and support production for root cause analysis.

Control and review of quarantine stock.

Attend key operational meetings.

Calibration & validation of equipment.

To follow and embed the core company values - Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity.

Any other duties as required by Quality Health & Safety Officer.

Knowledge, Experience and Work Skills Needed:

Experience working in a manufacturing industry.

Minimum 2 years in a QC function role.

Computer literate, with ability to compile excel spread sheets and word reports.

Working with procedures and work instructions.

Essential Aptitudes:

Methodical approach.

Understands the importance of quality within a business operation.

Able to communicate effectively.

Able to work collaboratively as a team.

Excellent organisational skills.
