We are currently looking for a passionate Night Waiter , to join our In Room Dining on an permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Night Waiter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the presentation meets standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries, addressing special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction. To be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered. Set up dining tables in guest rooms, including arranging cutlery, glassware, and condiments, to create an inviting atmosphere Maintain cleanliness in service areas, collect used dishes, and ensure that the dining experience remains tidy and pleasant throughout the service. Stay informed about the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions



Communicate any dietary restrictions and special requests from guests to Supervisors /Manager, ensuring their specific needs are met.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
