Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound customer enquiries

by phone and email Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and empathy
