What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inboundcustomer service calls Assisting with queries, account questions, order updates, and problem-solving Delivering clear, friendly and professional support to every customer Working in a team-driven, high-energy environment Logging information accurately using internal systems

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer-focused with a passion for helping others Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre, retail, hospitality or similar) is a bonus but not essential -- full training is provided
