Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally
Provide solutions, information and support in a clear and friendly manner
Troubleshoot issues using company systems and follow established processes

Maintain a positive, reliable and service-minded approach at all times
About You
You do not need previous customer service experience. We provide all training. What matters is your attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed.
