We're looking for a friendly and confident Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle calls, solve problems, and support customers with professionalism and care. If you're great with people and quick on your feet, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:



Answer inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Record call details and update internal systems Maintain quality and professionalism on every interaction Collaborate with the team to deliver great service outcomes

What You Bring:



Excellent communication and listening skills A calm, positive, and professional phone manner Good computer literacy and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused attitude Experience in customer service or call centres is an advantage
