About the Role

We are currently recruiting

Inbound Customer Service Representatives

to join our growing on-site team. This is an

entry-level role

designed for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy helping customers and want to start work immediately.

As an inbound-only position, you'll be handling

incoming calls and enquiries.

Full training is provided, so prior customer service or call centre experience is

not required

.

Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or enquiries Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries Delivering a positive, professional customer experience Listening actively and offering clear, helpful solutions Updating customer records accurately Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
