The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for inbound sales serving the heating oil market from existing and new customers and will ensure all key questions are asked to establish customer requirements, details are recorded accurately and in-line with company expectations.
Day to Day
Communicating with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Managing Inbound Inbox, replying in a timely manner
Answering a high volume of inbound Customer Service / Sales calls
Ensuring a high level of Service provided to our customers
Accurate Data entry following conversations with customers
Ensuring all Data entered in CRM is accurate and up to date
About You...
Comfortable handling inbound customer service and sales calls
Friendly confident Telephone Manner
Experience answering large volumes of calls (60 - 100 per day)
Customer Service Focused
Strong Relationship Building skills
Confident Negotiation skills
IT Literate
Ability to manage your own time and tasks
