A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Produce accurate inbound & outbound receiving/dispatch plans across 9 sites consisting of 40 individual dock plans ensuring a smooth inbound receiving profile. Perform weekly reviews with both DHL Freight (Ops & Planning) as well as inbound receiving teams to understand changes & challenges any teams may have or require. This consists of audits of actuals vs planned to support optimisation activities via KPI analysis Data Analysis via deck capacity model to understand potential issues for both business & customer in a BAU environment as well as supporting new model launches or significant receiving changes that feed into decision making on receiving and market place constraints or required changes to the business. Assist SAP dock planners in providing dock plans and changes to be uploaded into SAP tool for LOC.
