is expanding and seeking a reliable and proactive Inbound Sales Advisor & Administrator to join a growing business.
The Inbound Sales Advisor & Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations, providing support to the team, and ensuring a smooth customer-service experience. This role requires an individual who is organised, detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answering calls, managing communication with customers, and contacting customers as necessary.
Scheduling appointments and managing daily routes.
Providing quotations, and following up with customers to drive bookings.
Maintaining accurate customer records.
Assist in processing payments.
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
Perform general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
Support the management team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
Previous role, preferably within the automotive/transport or similar customer-focused industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri
