Inbound Sales Executives
to join our fast-growing team this August.

The Role:
You'll handle
inbound interest only
--no cold calling. People know our brand and are already interested in attending. Your job is to speak to them, understand their needs, and help them book their place at one of our market-leading conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Hitting the phones - this is a big calling and relationship building role - clear communication is a must!
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries
Sell delegate passes to senior-level professionals
Follow up warm leads quickly and professionally
Understand client goals and match them to relevant events
Build long-term relationships and close deals with confidence
Maintain clean, accurate sales records in our CRM
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For:
At least one year of work experience in any role (office-based preferred)
Experience in sales, customer service, or events is a plus
Confident and persuasive communicator
Target-driven mindset - motivated by results and rewards
Highly organised, responsive, and proactive
Quick learner with a desire to grow professionally
Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but not essential
