Job Title: Inbound Stock Controller

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Stock Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inflow of stock into our warehouse facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of incoming inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock shipments accurately.

- Verify quantities and quality of received goods against purchase orders and packing slips.

- Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with inbound shipments.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for received inventory, including labelling and tagging items as necessary.

- Organise and prioritise incoming stock based on storage capacity and operational requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing and inventory management to ensure seamless integration of inbound stock into existing inventory systems.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of inbound receiving areas, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

- Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience or education required, all training will be provided.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Willingness to learn our warehouse management system and Asana.

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Working Hours:

- 37.5 hours per week, 5 hours per day between 8am and 4pm.

- Overtime available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
