Job Title - Inclusion, EHCP Coordinator and Intervention Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work on the Senior Leadership Team with experience in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and their families. Applicants should have the passion and drive to provide academic and social/emotional intervention, offer child, family and staff support and help the school to improve outcomes for these pupils. We are looking for applicants who pride themselves on having excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills as well as interpersonal, organisational, listening and time management skills. Initiative, assertiveness and line management skills will also be key to your success. Applicants with enthusiasm, a real passion for the role and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
The Inclusion, EHCP and Intervention Manager will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team, alongside the Associate Head Teacher (Teaching and Learning) and Deputy Head Teacher (Pastoral, Medical and Safeguarding) as well as liaising with teaching staff and the safeguarding team within school to provide a robust layer of intervention support, both academically and pastorally, for pupils.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
