The Contract Manager will lead the team as part of ECL's delivery of Essex County Council (ECC)'s LIVE contact for Supported Employment, supporting individuals with Adult Social Care need to find employment and sustain meaningful work.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the programme across Essex, ensuring compliance, delivery, and performance in line with the contract terms and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on the delivery of Supported Employment, responsible for forecasting and planning accurately, and providing regular reports on progress to senior management against profile.
The Contract Manager will build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, being the key point of contact for the service. In this role, you will line manage a team of Team Managers, supporting personal development and ensuring high quality support is provided to our customers.
About You
To succeed as a Contract Manager, you need:
To hold a Level 5 or above in Business Management or equivalent
To be an experienced and confident networker, natural ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of delivering outcome focused employment services
To be a skilled and high-performing leader
A track record in delivering high quality services in a performance driven environment.
Experience of working professionally or in a personal capacity with disabled people is desirable.
