As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer's choice and their specific employment targets.
You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering. Bring strong communication skills and the drive to succeed, coupled with a passion to ensure our customers meet their goals.
This is a great time to join ECL as we continue to work with DFN Project Search at Amazon Tilbury, supporting interns with SEND age 18-25 with their workplace rotations. Whilst the role includes supporting other customers and employers in South Essex, you will initially predominantly be supporting this project as part of your role.

About You
To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need:
Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
