Inclusive Learning Tutor
, you'll play a vital role in supporting students who need a little extra help to succeed, making a real difference every day.
In this role, you will:
Provide
1:1 support
to learners, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their best.
Plan and deliver engaging, targeted learning activities
that complement individual study programmes.
Take responsibility for the
design, delivery, and evaluation
of learner support programmes.
Lead and inspire a team
of learning support staff, including day-to-day supervision, monthly meetings, and probation management.
Support students with EHCPs
, participating in consultations and ensuring their needs are fully met.
Conduct annual reviews
to celebrate achievements and plan future progression.
Provide guidance and support to
students working at Levels 2 and 3
, ensuring an inclusive and enriching experience.
Contribute to
staff training and development
, sharing inclusive practices and strategies across the college.

In this role, you will:
Provide
1:1 tailored support
to learners to help them overcome barriers and reach their goals.
Plan and deliver engaging, focused sessions
that complement study programmes and inspire learner progress.
Take responsibility for the
design, delivery, and evaluation
of support programmes to ensure inclusive and high-quality learning.
Supervise and develop a team
of learning support staff through regular meetings, guidance, and effective leadership.
Support students with EHCPs
, participating in consultation processes and ensuring their needs are fully met.
Conduct annual reviews
to celebrate learner achievement and identify future development opportunities.
Provide ongoing support to
students studying from Level 2 to Level 3
, ensuring every learner can thrive.
Contribute to staff development and training
, sharing strategies that promote inclusion and success.
You will have:
A genuine
passion for overcoming barriers to learning
and helping students succeed.
The ability to
plan and deliver innovative, engaging sessions
that capture interest and build confidence.
Excellent interpersonal skills
, with the ability to connect with and motivate reluctant learners.
Strong skills in
assessing, tracking, and planning interventions
to support learner progress.
Experience in
people management
, with the ability to guide and support a team of learning support staff.
Ideally,
experience working with individuals with learning and/or care needs
.
Experience in teaching, training, or providing 1:1 support (though training will be provided for the right candidate).
