Income Administrator
Location: Home based with occasional travel to Magna's offices as and when required
Salary: 25,635.00 p/a
37 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Income Administrator within the Income Team for an enthusiastic and committed individual. You will learn new skills and increase your housing and benefits knowledge.
The successful applicant will be part of a team responsible for the collection of rent and other debt owing to Magna. Full training and support will be provided
You will be responsible for monitoring garage accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken on debts, in a timely manner. Completing manual payment paperwork, dealing with customers fail direct debit payments. Monitoring the team post and emails, reassigning to the correct person. Raising purchase orders and making referrals to other teams and external agencies.
Required skills and knowledge:
Have some knowledge of welfare benefits such as, universal credit and housing benefit.
Excellent Microsoft skills, including word, excel and outlook.
Ability to use own initiative to problem solve and prioritise own workload
Full driving licence and ability to travel.
Other transferable skills will be considered.
