St Richard's Hospice is seeking a highly organised and motivatedIncome Generation Administrator tojoin our dedicated Income Generation team.
As part of the Income Generation Administration team you will be required to assist with all aspects of administration necessary to fulfil the department objectives, for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave.
The Income Generation department is made up of Fundraising, Retail and Business Development, who collectively host an array of events/campaigns, charity shops and initiatives to generate income for the hospice. It is the Income Generation Administrator's responsibility to support these income streams and provide administration to the team, to ensure all events, initiatives and donations are processed and thanked according to required timescales and compliance.

About you

You will have strong administration skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good working experience and knowledge of MS Word and Excel. In addition, experience of working under pressure and within a demanding environment, working constructively and collaboratively with colleagues from different teams.
You will have proven customer service experience with effective communication skills, dealing with supporters with empathy tact and diplomacy. Experience of working in a charity and working with CRMs in the charity sector is desirable but not essential for the role.
