Are you looking for an admin role where you can support a team to make a difference? Then we have the role for you! Our Income Management Team are recruiting to the following posts:
1 x 37 hours, permanent
1 x 21.1 hours, permanent

About the Role
As an Income Advisor, you'll provide critical administrative and frontline support to help deliver a responsive, customer-focused service. From assisting with Universal Credit claims to preparing court documents and helping customers manage debt, your work will make a real impact.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same where you'll be working directly with customers, internal teams, and external agencies to provide effective support that promotes tenancy sustainability.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing administrative support across the Income Management Service
Contacting customers regarding debts via phone, email, SMS and other channels
Assisting with Universal Credit administration and claims
Preparing court documentation and coordinating debt recovery paperwork
Handling incoming customer enquiries and resolving them effectively
Processing payments and updating customer records
Managing diaries, email correspondence, and scheduling interviews
Providing support to the management team and the wider Income team
Adopting a flexible, multifunctional approach to support the changing needs of the service
Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and data protection standards

Your skills and experience:
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Experience with administrative tasks and working with sensitive data
A good understanding of debt recovery processes and/or Universal Credit
