Income Officer - x2 permanent position



x1 6 months Secondment opportunity/Fixed Term Contract



Location -

(Designated Office - Memorial House) This role is desk based with the ability to work from home or office and a requirement to attend court.

Hours -

35 hours per week, 8am - 6pm (usually one 6pm finish per week)

Salary -

27,213- 30,237 per annum (RFJ 5)

The role




As an Income Officer you will support the delivery of the income management service, which aims to maximise the amount of rent collected and minimise financial hardship within our communities.


Key responsibilities for the role include:

Delivering a high level of income collection performance for your allocated patch. Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support. Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners. Legal escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.

Currently the department is open 8am - 6pm. There may be the possibility of opening until 8pm in the future.

Secondments

Successfully completed their probation, Have been employed for a minimum of 12 months, and Are performing satisfactorily in their substantive role.
