To support our growing business, we're looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Nursery team to lead our Incoming Goods operations.

The Incoming Goods Supervisor is responsible for checking for plant quality, quantity, variety and health on receipt of delivered stock from our suppliers. The role includes recording and managing all returned items, including maintaining the associated packaging records.

About You

We're looking for someone who's reliable, enthusiastic, and organised. This role would suit an individual with horticultural knowledge and some transferable experience from a goods handling or warehousing background.

You'll enjoy working outside, both independently and as part of a team, and you'll be happy to get involved in different tasks as needed.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have an interest and understanding of basic plant knowledge

Are confident handling goods and associated documentation

Have strong communication skills

Are organised and able to manage your time well

Are flexible to work across multiple locations

Have previous supervisory experience with small and large teams

Hold a full UK driving licence (or equivalent), an understanding of health and safety, and have previous forklift experience

A full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 7.45am-4:00pm)
