e're looking for a detail-oriented IFS Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of Independent Fund Surveyor processes across key programmes. Acting as a vital link between external IFS teams and internal project stakeholders, you'll ensure compliance, facilitate reviews, and support effective capital investment decisions. This role plays a critical part in helping Heathrow meet its regulatory obligations and deliver efficient, value-driven outcomes across its capital portfolio.


C
oordinate and manage the IFS process across assigned programmes, ensuring projects understand their responsibilities and requirements. T
rack and report on programme progress, maintaining compliance with IFS standards and supporting gateway endorsements. A
ct as the main point of contact between project teams and the IFS, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution. P
repare and support monthly review meetings and SPG sessions, ensuring alignment with programme goals and IFS expectations. G
enerate accurate reports for senior stakeholders to support effective monitoring and decision-making. P
romote consistency and compliance across all projects by collaborating with PMO and programme teams to support capital delivery. P
roven experience in project management or PMO roles, with a solid understanding of delivery frameworks. S
trong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence across all levels. E
ffective problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. E
xcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
