Independent Living Manager and Community Support Manager
Salary:
24,336. Organisational pension contribution (3% to an individual plan)
Location:
Cantraybridge, 3 Cantray Square, Croy, Inverness or other location determined by the employer.
Job Purpose:
The Independent Living & Community Admin Support's job is to fulfil a variety of duties in a busy health and social care environment.
The role provides assistance to the Independent Living Manager and to the day-to-day administrative needs of the Independent Living team and the Community Support Team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Set up diary system for 6 monthly service user reviews.
Set up diary system for staff support & supervision sessions.
Filing and maintaining the e-filing system, including scanning and distributing/filing documents electronically.
Assisting with the financial/cash functions for the Independent Living Department.
Templating rota on People Planner rota system and collate information for Finance/payroll.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
