This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.Key Requirements: Independent Prescriber qualification RCGP Qualifications Level 1 (and 2 or willingness to work towards) Experience of working within substance misuse (desirable)
