Independent Sales Consultants

to help us grow our client base and deliver real value to SMEs across the UK.

The Role

We're looking for self-driven, enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team on a remote, freelance basis. You'll be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients (both warm and cold), and introducing them to our business support services. Your goal: spark interest, build rapport, and secure follow-up appointments or sign-ups.

This role offers complete flexibility -- work from home, on your own schedule -- with

uncapped earning potential

based on successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients Introduce and promote our services clearly and confidently Build relationships and identify client needs Handle objections professionally and positively Secure appointments or close sales where appropriate Keep accurate notes and update client records using our tools

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or outbound calling Confident and clear communicator Strong listening and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven Able to work independently and manage time effectively Access to a phone and internet (remote setup) Familiarity with payroll, bookkeeping, or business support services (preferred but not essential -- training available)
