Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of fresh food preparation, safety, and production. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a commitment to hospitality and the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively. Tier 2 candidates can apply form the UK or overseas.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and cooking techniques. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and company standards. Assist in the development of new recipes and culinary innovations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a professional kitchen environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety regulations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential.
