As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the kitchen team in food production and service- our set menus and create new recipes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation- Supervise food preparation to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards- Collaborate with restaurant management to meet customer needs and preferences

Pay: 11.50-15.00 per hour
Within the units you will prepare our menu to the same high standards as always but this time purely for delivery through partners such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. Unlike our high street shops , there will be no direct interaction with our customers, rather you will be fulfilling orders received on a tablet before handing them over to delivery drivers on front counter . You will likely work on a shift with 3-4 other Team Members based on sales requirements.
Experience is necessary however we will give you full training for our existing menu.
Duties will include :
Enthusiastic and passionate about cooking Asian cuisine and excellent wok skills
Good knowledge of Asian roast meats
Support the kitchen team on all aspects of running the kitchen
Prepping ingredients, preparing, cooking and plating items in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications
Working closely as a team to drive production and increase efficiency
Assist with training new colleagues and welcoming them into the team
Complete tasks set out by management
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
