We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our bustling establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation
Lead and motivate a team of staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover for efficiency
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory control
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation across all areas of the restaurant
Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Assist with staff training programmes focused on service excellence and food safety practices
Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in Indian restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Experience in supervising food production and service processes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
