Curious and eager to learn, you'll be self-driven to expand your knowledge as we support your development within the team. As your knowledge and experience grows, you will develop a speciality in Indirect tax where you will prepare indirect tax returns, prepare statistical declarations and analytics ensuring that you deliver timely and accurate submissions in line with statutory requirements.



Highly organised and with a keen eye for detail, we are looking for someone who can approach tasks with integrity and compassion, to ensure that we maintain the highest standards as you support the team to ensure all Indirect Tax filing requirements are accurate and on-time, minimising tax charges and penalties.



We're always looking for ways to get better at what we do, so we are looking for someone who is happy to support and naturally inquisitive, as you will assist senior members of the team to update process notes, process maps and procedural documents to continuously improve consistency across the business.



This role will see you working with the Tax team and wider Finance function, so you will need to be a people person and happy to have conversations with a wide range of staff, being able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively based on credibility.



The ideal candidate will be a graduate or recently graduated with a degree in Maths, Finance or a related discipline with some work experience, coupled with a strong desire to develop within Tax.

This position is granted on a hybrid working basis where you will be expected to work at the Nottingham Head office 2 days a week
