Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a children\'s charity to recruit an Individual Giving and Legacy Marketing Manager to develop and implement an integrated supporter marketing strategy across digital and traditional streams. This role will recruit, retain and reactivate supporters to maximise their lifetime value as well as ensuring the best possible supporter experience from individual giving and legacies.

Key responsibilities will include;

- Reviewing and developing the individual giving and legacy marketing strategies, informed by a test and learn/test and grow approach.
- Leading on the development and implementation of donor acquisition activity across a range of channels, working with external suppliers where appropriate
- Ensuring all warm appeal activity and donor retention and upgrade activity is delivered effectively
- Leading on the development and testing of new creative ideas across a range of channels, including print and digital
- Developing the digital fundraising activity to maximise opportunities for donations, legacy marketing and lead generation through the website and other channels
- Leading and managing 2 direct reports, including objective setting, performance reviews and support development.

The ideal candidate will have experience of individual giving fundraising and project managing IG activity including warm appeals, newsletters and acquisition activity. You will also have line management experience, be an excellent teammate, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
