Hours of work: 9 hours per week


Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.65 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)


(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)


Fixed term until March 2026

The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school at Hamsey. The role would primarily involve working with a child, supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting along.




Training will be provided so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care and follow all the correct procedures and policies.




The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the child and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.




The position is only for seven months as we are only receiving funding for that length of time.


We are a popular group of schools, and we would love to welcome you to our Federation.




All training and guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.




The hours of work are 8.45am until 12.00 noon, three days a week.
